The Center for Biomedical Research of La Rioja (CIBIR) will host the Fourth IAEE Conference. The Conference will take place in Logroño, Spain, on May 25-27, 2016.

The Center for Biomedical Research of La Rioja is a young institution inaugurated in 2005 by the initiative of the Government of the Autonomous Community of La Rioja working through its Department of Health.  The CIBIR is located in the city of Logroño, capital of La Rioja. La Rioja is an Autonomous Community located in the north of Spain. It covers part of the Ebro valley towards its north and the IberianRange in the south. La Rioja has an ancient tradition of cultural exchange that is maintained until now through the Saint James Way (Camino de Santiago de Compostella). The region of La Rioja is also well known for its vineyards and its wines. Recognized as the birth land of the Castilian by UNESCO as World Heritage, La Rioja has an historical contribution to language as one of the strongest tools for the exchange of knowledge.
