Anyone wishing to present a contribution (oral communication / poster) at the 4IAEE should submit an expanded abstract (500 words maximum) up to August 15th, 2016, for preliminary review process.
After the preliminary review process is finished, the Conference Program Committee will submit an acceptation letter to the presenting author of each abstract. The review process should take no more than a week after the submission is completed.
If the abstract is accepted for presentation, the authors are expected to cover all their expenses for travel, accommodation, and participation in the 4IAEE.
All contributions (oral communications / posters) should be presented in the English (American / British) language.
